Open Positions
Lawn Care Technician
Operate mowers, edgers, and blowers on residential properties. Follow schedules, maintain equipment, and deliver consistent results on every visit.
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat
- Reliable transportation to job site
- Lawn care experience preferred but not required
Weed Control Applicator
Apply pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicide treatments to residential lawns. Must be licensed or willing to obtain Texas pesticide applicator license.
Requirements
- Texas pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Attention to detail and safety-conscious
- Prior chemical application experience a plus
Crew Lead
Lead a small crew of 2–3 technicians on daily routes. Responsible for quality control, crew communication, and ensuring jobs are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- 2+ years of lawn care or landscaping experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
